Shipping Policy

Hello! At Lovalli Embroidery you can expect processing and creating your order to take 7-14 days, and then 2-4 business days for shipping. Orders may often arrive to you sooner than this, but if there ever is a time I can't meet this promised timeline you will be contacted ASAP to let you know and a discount will be awarded for the inconvenience. 

Note: I am only responsible for the timeline of shipping your order within 7-14 days of the order being paid, I can not control delays due to shipping carriers. I am more than welcome to assist you in locating a lost package, but I will not be responsible for refunding orders due to lost/delayed packages.

Note: I am not responsible for providing a second shipping label for packages that are returned to my address due to inaccurate addresses listed for the customers. The customer will be responsible for providing additional funds to purchase the new label. In this instance no refund of the order will be granted if the customer declines purchasing a second shipping label. 

If you are needing a package quicker than my current turnaround time, please email me first and we can discuss an expedited shipping rate for your order, granted that I am able to fulfill your request quickly.
